Add the chat to your website

One small piece of code adds the chat to every page. Pick how your website is built and follow the steps.

Check that it works

  1. Open your website in a new browser tab (refresh it if it was already open).
  2. The chat button appears in the bottom corner. Click it and send a test message.
  3. The message arrives in the team’s Inbox within a second.

Nothing shows up? Make sure the code is on the page that is live (not only in a draft or a preview), and that your site’s cache was cleared after saving.
